Refund policy

Returns: Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number to start a return. For hygiene reasons, opened or used bottles cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong items: If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong item, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement.

Refunds: Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5 working days after we receive and check the returned item. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Please tell us when we contact you to confirm your order.
